EPSA is seeking 2 Electrical Supervisorsto be employed on a 7 on 7 off dayshift only, 12-hour shift roster. This is your chance to unlock your full potential and make a lasting impact. Commodore Mine is an emerging operation located approximately 3hrs from Brisbane. With a long mine life, not only can you grow with EPSA, but you will also be joining a site that is progressive and keen to drive change and development in what we do.

About the role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will:

· Lead and guide electrical maintenance activities for site Infrastructure and Mobile Equipment.

· Work with Maintenance Superintendents to prepare long term electrical maintenance plans.

· Manage improvement and statutory compliance projects within the Maintenance team.

· Effectively contributing as a member of the maintenance leadership team to help deliver department goals and outcomes.

· Tracking and reporting maintenance performance while ensuring operational issues are managed and communicated in a timely manner.

· Ensure work order feedback and closeouts are completed accurately to improve maintenance efficiencies.

To be successful you will:

  • Australian recognised trade certificate (HV)
  • HV Switching ticket.
  • CPR/LV ticket.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical maintenance teams working on heavy mobile plant equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi).
  • Proven excellent diagnostic, fault finding, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance skills
  • Demonstrate a history of positive safety and team leadership while developing teams to achieve and exceed targets safely.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to work across a dynamic and diverse workforce and proficient with EXCEL and Project.
  • RIIRIS301 / RIIWHS301 / RIICOM301 / RIIRIS402 (formerly S1, S2, S3, G2).
  • Hold a current Queensland Coal Mine Worker's Health Scheme Assessment, Standard 11, current Australian manual Drivers Licence and be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical.
