**About the Role**
- Ventia is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical) to join our team at Millmerran. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee high-risk, non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project (AEP) framework, working closely with site and client teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead electrical maintenance and project execution
- Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Provide technical support and reliability insights
- Coordinate resources and stakeholder communication
- Support shutdown and outage planning

**About You**
- Trade Qualified Electrician
- Experience with Hazardous Areas and Dossiers
- Proven supervision experience in industrial or power generation environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Planning experience using maintenance planning tools
