About the role

Masterton Homes Pty Ltd, a leading residential home builder, is seeking a full-time Customer Accounts Collections Coordinator to join their team in Warwick Farm. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the progress payments from customers, ensuring timely collection and efficient credit control processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate the collection of progress payments from customers in a timely manner
  2. Liaise with customers and lenders to address any payment-related queries or issues
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment history
  4. Amendment of payment schedules as required from time to time
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile the daily banking statements and provide reporting
  6. Assist in the resolution of any customer disputes or payment discrepancies
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the accounts receivable processes
  8. Provide support to reception on a daily basis.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a customer accounts or banking background
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills
  3. Proficient in understanding of banking processes and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of banking/credit management principles and practices
  7. Understanding of the construction industry or a similar field would be advantageous
