We're recruiting on behalf of a pioneering company in solar and battery energy systems, delivering smart residential, off-grid, and small-commercial hybrid power solutions for homes, businesses, and communities across Australia.

This is a growth-focused role for someone who knows the solar and storage industry - especially the installer and channel side - and loves building partnerships that last.

As the Sales Manager for NSW, you'll own the region: expanding the installer and retailer network, driving new opportunities, and growing market presence across the state - from home energy solutions in metro Sydney to off-grid and C&I installations in regional hubs where reliable energy truly matters.

What you'll do

  • Build, grow, and support a strong network of installers, retailers, and channel partners across NSW
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in residential and light commercial solar & storage
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and technical sales support to partners
  • Track performance, gather market insights, and collaborate on future growth strategies

About you

  • 4–6+ years in solar, battery, or renewables sales (ideally B2B or channel-based)
  • Confident building trust with installers and business partners
  • Commercially sharp, technically curious, and passionate about clean energy
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving, growing business
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder - you know how to listen and close
