About the Role

We're seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity contract, with an ideal start date in late August or early September to allow for a thorough handover.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing your portfolio while delivering the high standard of service our clients know and trust. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — from conducting tenancy interviews and preparing condition reports, to overseeing maintenance requests and rental arrears management.

You'll have the support of dedicated leasing and administration assistance, ensuring you can focus on building relationships and providing outstanding client experiences.

What You'll Need

• Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence, reliable car, and current Police Check
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience managing your own portfolio
• A strong client focus, professional integrity, and shared values
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
