Love & Co, a leading Melbourne real estate agency with seven offices across the northern suburbs, is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Outreach Specialist to support our sales team by generating new opportunities through proactive outbound calls.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients — building rapport over the phone, identifying listing opportunities, booking appraisals, and supporting our selling team with a steady pipeline of leads. You'll play a key role in shaping how Love & Co connects with homeowners and strengthens its presence across the community.
What you'll do
· Conduct outbound phone outreach to homeowners, warm leads, past clients, and database contacts.
· Identify potential selling opportunities and book listing appointments for the sales team.
· Nurture leads through consistent follow-up, rapport-building, and service-focused communication.
· Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM systems.
· Work closely with Sales Directors and agents to support campaign activity and market engagement.
· Represent the Love & Co brand with professionalism, clarity, and warmth on every call.
About you
· Confident communicator with strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build trust.
· Prior experience in sales, call outreach, telemarketing, or real estate is highly regarded.
· Target-driven, motivated, and excited by lead generation and conversion.
· Organised, disciplined, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls each day.
· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for property and people.
· Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Agent's Representative Certificate.
