Essence cleaning services are looking for more reliable and hard working people to join our fantastic team We specialize in Domestic and End of Lease cleaning, with potential to also do commercial and Airbnb cleaning.

Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne (Pascoe vale and Surrounding areas). We also have a few clients located in Ascot Vale, Airport West, Essendon, Kensington, Flemington, Ivanhoe, Reservoir, Thornbury and Alphington. We want to expand further into these areas.

  • Casual employment with reoccurring hours available once fully trained. Work as much or as little as you'd like Perfect for mum's wanting to make a return to the workforce or students needing a schedule to work with their studies.
  • All equipment and products provided

Key Duties:

  • Thorough clean of regular and end of lease clients properties.
  • Exclusively following a checklist of tasks provided by management and double checking your work on the job.
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to comfortably communicate with clients.
  • Collect and return equipment at the beginning and end of each week.
  • Drive to multiple jobs in a day.

About You:

  • Cleaning experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude toward customers and a high standard of customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required.
  • Diligent with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and organize a diverse workload
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and responsive
  • Flexible and able to change and adapt priorities
  • Self-motivated, self-confident, honest, professional, ethical, and flexible.
  • Comfortable and able to do manual labor

To be considered:

  • Must have reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
  • Must have a police check or be willing to obtain
  • Must also be willing to travel to Ascot Vale, Airport West, Essendon, Kensington Ivanhoe, Reservoir, Thornbury and Alphington

About the Job:

  • Casual Cleaning Award pay dependent on age and experience + Superannuation
  • Weekend penalty rates + Superannuation.
  • Mileage Reimbursement
