About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to work full-time in our Reservoir office, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors to our office.

The role also provides administration support and assistance to both our Sales and Property Management teams. 

About You

You are confident, well presented, well spoken and have a professional and friendly manner.

What you'll need to succeed in this position:

• Previous reception or office administration experience would be advantageous.
• Great communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Previous real estate experience would also be advantageous.
