The Role

We're looking for an Associate Director to join our Strategy & Deals team — a key contributor across client engagements, team collaboration, and leadership.

You'll help deliver impactful projects across areas such as Growth Strategy, Transformation, M&A Advisory, Capital Raising, and Integration, working with clients in sectors including retail, energy, healthcare, media, and professional services. Each project brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and lead.

About You

– You bring experience in Consulting, Advisory, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or the Big 4, and are ready for a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
– You're naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy building solutions that create measurable impact. You want to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger than yourself.
– We're looking for someone who:
– Has 4–8 years' experience in strategy, transformation, growth, and/or deals (M&A, Capital Raise)
– Understands project delivery end-to-end, from setup to execution
– Brings strong financial acumen (P&L, cash flow, working capital) and valuation skills
– Has experience across transaction types (buy-side, sell-side, capital raising)
– Can prepare and review marketing and deal materials with precision
– Demonstrates accountability in due diligence and risk mitigation
– Leads with structure, empathy, and a bias for action
– Is an excellent communicator and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
– Has strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
