THE ROLE

The Associate Strategy Director is an integral role that sits within our integrated automotive client unit. You will have direct strategy and client responsibility for all things related to the account, and some occasional new business opportunities.

As Strategy lead, you will be focusing on the whole business with some of the best creatives, media experts, client engagement, tech, and craftspeople around. It's a close-knit team with some of our very best folk, but it's also a team that is keen to do proactive work and go beyond for a great brand & client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop and be responsible for Strategy across the one of our largest automotive accounts. You'll have support from the HoS, CSO, and department leads, but be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively to take this account to the next level.
- Get close to clients and be able to help them grapple with their challenges, and become part of their team.
- Work well with creatives, media, and client engagement. Keep the wheels turning but form the connections that help you to challenge the process and the work where needed, push it further, make it better.
- Be part of the overall Strategy craft, contributing to our discussions and thought leadership by your interest. Ready to use, experiment with and help to improve our suite of strategy tools and approaches.
- Open the client and team's eyes to latest Strategy developments, automotive trends and interesting work.
- To approach your work and colleagues with our agency values and principles front of mind.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CAPABILITIES
- Value generosity, ready to put teamwork first and interested in helping others to develop their skills.
- You strive and push for the best possible strategic, creative, and commercial outcomes.
- 5+ years' experience, including as a Senior Strategist and including some previous experience in the Automotive category
