We're looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team at Newy Burger Co, one of Newcastle's favourite local burger restaurant.

What you'll do:

  • Cook and prepare burgers, sides, and other menu items
  • Keep your section organised and running smoothly
  • Follow recipes and maintain food quality and presentation
  • Help with prep, cleaning, and daily kitchen tasks
  • Work as part of a team and support other chefs when needed
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

About you:

  • Previous experience as a CDP, cook, or kitchen hand ready to step up
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Passion for quality food and consistency
