What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Debt collection: You will follow up on overdue accounts through collection calls or emails and assist in negotiating payment terms to minimize bad debts.
• Financial reporting: you will assist in generating financial reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow.
• Customer service: Furthermore, address client inquiries and handle disputes related to billing statements and payments.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and payments.
• Administrative support: In addition, perform general bookkeeping duties, which may include calculating interest on overdue accounts.

• Numerical and analytical skills: Strong proficiency with numbers and the ability to perform calculations.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Computer proficiency: Competency in using accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
