Position: Customer Service/ Customer Support Representative

Location: 59 Export St, Lytton QLD 4178

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or Pronto systems is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with an industrial environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Full-Time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday to Friday.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries related to purchase orders, product delivery, and product identification.
  • Prepare accurate price quotations based on technical drawings and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to address inquiries and update customers on order status.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure prompt delivery of scheduled shipments.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in line with company guidelines.
