In this role you will:
  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable deliverables that can be rapidly shipped to production.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to define, refine, and prioritise scope in line with evolving business priorities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for your product area, with a deep understanding of customer needs, data insights, and commercial drivers.
  • Own the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical input, and stakeholder priorities to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Lead product planning, release coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure features are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact.
  • Drive a focus on experimentation and fast iteration, learning quickly from what works and what doesn't.
  • Support multiple initiatives across the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to optimisation.
  • Partner with the Head of Product to coach and support product team members, helping build capability and drive high performance.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on priorities, progress, and results.
  • Measure and report business value delivered, using insights to shape ongoing product strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in startup or eCommerce environments.
  • A strong grasp of agile principles and a bias for shipping fast and iterating based on real feedback.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable working across business, design, and engineering.
  • Proven ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving settings where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into clear product outcomes.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with a knack for balancing commercial goals and user experience.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a natural inclination to take ownership and drive results.
