About the Role
The Education Administration Support is responsible for supporting Head Teachers and their team of world class teachers with administrative duties on a day-to-day basis. They regularly resolve student's questions and sustain teachers and students on campus throughout the semester. If you are passionate about working in a multi-disciplinary team, have strong customer service skills and have a passion for supporting multicultural students, then this is the opportunity for you
Starting in the Education Administration Support position with TAFE NSW also opens a realm of other opportunities, both within the teaching and education space
We have a permanent full time opportunity, as well as a temporary full time opportunity. These roles will be face to face at our Meadowbank Campus.
About You
Your attention to detail will see you excel in this dynamic administrative role, supporting our vibrant, collaborative English for Speakers of Other Languages Teaching (ESOL) Team.
Your ability to confidently work autonomously and your proficiency in administrative tasks will help you to succeed in this role. Additionally, you will have the following:
- Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
 - Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
 - Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
