We have got an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to be part of our Greenfield Project Team at our Sydney Office.

The Greenfield Project aims to establish a higher education institution, dedicated to deep learning, research, industry engagement and community service. ECAG plans to provide exceptional opportunities to students from any background to undertake higher education to fulfil their aspirations and contribute to the society's advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of the Greenfield Project within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. This role supports the project team by assisting with planning, tracking progress, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include:

  • Project coordination & administration
  • Stakeholder engagement & communication
  • Document authoring, editing, collating and management
  • Compliance & quality assurance
  • Website, digital portal & LMS management
  • Financial & resource support

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

  • Appropriate higher education qualification(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project coordination role in a complex environment.
  • High level understanding of the higher education sector and its regulatory frameworks
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
