Junior / Intermediate Bookkeeper role at AIM Building Group and Australian Hardwood Co.

This bookkeeping /Admin role involves:

  • Client-Facing | Construction and timber Industry Exposure | Small business culture
  • Office Located in Cranbourne West
  • Construction and timber industry (manufacturing and retail)
  • Part time – 15 hours a week (Flexible days & Hours)
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping not essential but preferred
  • $25 per hour (Negotiable hourly rate depending on experience)

About the Role

Working closely with the Bookkeeping Manager and the admin team.The role involves bookkeeping, general administration and reception duties for both AIM Building Group and its subsidiary Australian Hardwood Co. Opportunities to move into a permanent fulltime role.

Duties

· Bank reconciliations and journal entries

· Accounts payable and receivable

·       Data entry of receipts/ invoice into accounting software

·       General administration duties

·       Reception duty relief

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Some bookkeeping experience and knowledge

· Relevant bookkeeping qualifications

· Have experience in using MYOB AccountRight

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills

· High attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills

· Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute

· Career progression opportunities within a growing business
