We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to help scale our growing account management function. Working closely with the Accounts Lead, you'll own the end-to-end experience for our smaller multi-site clients - resolving complex issues, leading proactive communications, and uncovering opportunities to boost retention and account performance.

As part of a fast-growing startup, this is a hands-on role where you'll directly drive customer loyalty and demonstrate Termina's value to our multisite clients. You'll manage support escalations, lead client calls, report on account health, and champion process improvements.

What You'll Own

• Support Management & Escalation:

Proactively oversee the Support teams resolution of tickets. Ensure CRM is kept up to date.
- Admin Coordination:

Assist the Account Lead by preparing onboarding material and coordinating the admin team to complete dataset based tasks
- Client engagement:

Handle day-day operations independently with your book of accounts, solving complex queries and identifying churn risks. Spend time on calls with clients, retailers and partners.
- Quarterly Reviews & Growth

: Conduct quarterly check-ins with all your accounts, identifying growth opportunities for the accounts team.
- Reporting and Insights:

Confidently assess and report on account health, churn indicators, support trends, and engagement metrics in line with a deep understanding of our client base.
- Process Improvements:

Identify improvements in client experience and implement client insights back into new product development. Work cross-functionally with the support of the Account Lead to strategise on how Termina can build stronger working processes.

Who you are

• Excellent communicator:

You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences. You're extremely proactive, and confident in customer-facing situations . You have a track record of resolving issues
- Ambitious self starter:

You have a strong bias to action with a track record of achieving results in fast paced and uncertain environments. You don't need formal processes for every task and can think on your feet to identify & solve issues both internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented problem solver:

You thrive in the detail but always keep an eye on the bigger picture. You take nothing at face value and are not afraid to dig deeper into the answers you get.
- Organised:

You know how to manage multiple high-value clients at once, and can easily prioritize and switch between tasks. You aren't afraid to coordinate multiple team members to get the job done and you're confident using AI to optimise your work.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Account Coordination or Senior support roles
• Proven ability to manage client relationships end-to-end, balancing hands-on support with proactive account management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance client communication and automate workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business, with startup experience highly desirable
• Energy industry experience highly desirable but not required
• Incredible written and verbal communication skills, confident in speaking with clients and partners on the phone.
• Confident working with customer tools like Zendesk, Close and
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia with full working rights.
