Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Buyers Agent, based in Brisbane, Queensland, with some flexibility for remote work. The Buyers Agent will assist clients in purchasing residential properties by analyzing market trends, identifying suitable opportunities, and aiding in negotiations to ensure the best outcomes. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, representing buyers in real estate transactions, and coordinating with other professionals such as real estate agents, inspectors, and lawyers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for building client relationships
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience with Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation, particularly in investment property acquisition
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Brisbane, QLD property market is preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
