About the opportunity:
As the Marketing Manager at Cult Design, you will drive our brand's journey across the different verticals including e-commerce, retail, contract sales, and export by creating marketing plans that are aligned with our growth goals.
What Awaits You:
- Expand your network through 25+ leading brand partners, fostering relationships with sales and marketing managers, and international designers.
- Create unique and unforgettable interactions with the Cult brand by orchestrating 6-8 events annually, crafting 2-3 campaigns each month, and 3-4 photoshoots per year.
- Enrich your experience by travelling with Cult Design to domestic and international design fairs such as 3 Days of Design, to capture content, produce activations and contribute to our live coverage.
- Collaborate with our passionate leadership team, and engage with our dynamic crew of 60+.
- Champion sustainability alongside our ESG Manager, steering Cult Design towards a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide your team through goal setting, coaching, and team development.
- Establish and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including calendar and objectives.
- Stimulate demand for Cult Design's products through PR, advertising, and creating captivating campaigns.
- Maintain our corporate identity through websites, social media, and presentations.
- Design and deliver a digital strategy with SEO, SEM, paid social and the like.
- Curate and create engaging content through social media, eDMs and blogs across all of Cult's business units.
- Produce insightful reports from monthly KPIs to quarterly PR reports.
About you:
The successful applicant will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar;
- 3-5 years' experience in a senior marketing role with proven leadership experience;
- Financial acumen;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- An interest in high end furniture, design, or fashion;
- Digital marketing expertise with sound knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital advertising;
- Working knowledge of Hubspot, Shopify and WooCommerce is preferrable;
