What You'll Do

  • Assess Impacts Thoroughly
    – Deliver detailed, end-to-end change impact assessments that cut through complexity and highlight what really shifts for people and teams.
  • Engage Stakeholders Deeply
    – Build trust across all levels, from execs to frontline, ensuring alignment, advocacy, and readiness.
  • Shape Ways of Working
    – Influence not just system use but cultural and behavioural change that redefines how work gets done.
  • Enable Long-Term Adoption
    – Partner with leaders to embed change, sustain momentum, and remove barriers to adoption.
  • Communicate With Clarity
    – Craft strong, targeted comms that make complex change simple, relatable, and actionable.

What You'll Bring

Proven track record in IT and business change delivery

Strong skills in impact assessment and stakeholder engagement

Ability to connect behavioural and cultural change with technology rollout

Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal

Practical, people-first approach with resilience in fast-moving environments
