As the Lead Educator;

You will:

  • Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services.
  • Have a current blue card, first aid certificate and recent CPR certificate or the ability to gain these.
  • A strong knowledge of documentation, program and planning, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • A strong commitment to working as part of an engaged and professional team culture.
  • The ability to engage, interact and communicate with children and families.
  • Be passionate and dedicated to the Early Childhood sector with a strong belief in play-based education.
  • Have a desire to continuously improve your practices and knowledge through professional development.
  • A desire to be the best you can.
