About You

We are seeking educators who:

  • Are currently working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • Hold, or are actively working towards, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, such as a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Are passionate about providing a nurturing early learning experience.
  • Are strong team players with excellent communication skills.
  • Have Montessori training or certification (highly desirable).

Located in St Lucia, The Pocket Early Education and Care offers a vibrant learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Since opening in July 2020, we have created a space of curiosity, diversity, and fun, providing high-quality care for up to 148 children.
