Una is a family-owned brand with a number of exceeding rated services. The children are ages 6 weeks to 5yrs with an approved Kindergarten also.

Your Role

You will be an inspiring Lead Educator who is willing to work and support your fellow team members to create warm and inclusive environments for children.

You will have a strong desire to build trusting and nurturing relationships with the educators and children, able to build collaborative, professional relationships with families and communities.

We recognize we are nothing without our team; they are our most precious and valuable resource. You will be able (and be expected) to practice at the highest level with opportunities for further training and professional development.

Fulltime Role - 5 days a week and will work rotating shifts between the hours of 06:30am and 06:30pm, Monday to Friday

What You Need

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education
• A nurturing, professional attitude
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to complete during induction)
• Blue Card (Paid)
• In-depth understanding of current legislation, NQS requirements, EYLF and current pedagogy that influences practice.
• Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction)

We are looking for an inspiring Qualified Lead Educator who can create warm, inclusive environments for children and be inspired to be part of our Bush Kindy Program and Intergenerational Aged Care Program.

About Our Centre

Una Springwood is a boutique 7-room service, providing care for 116 children. Nestled in a peaceful area of Springwood and conveniently located near public transport, our centre offers excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef. Children enjoy hands-on learning experiences with our resident animals and reptiles, fostering curiosity, empathy, and a love for nature. We create enriching environments that support the growth and wellbeing of both children and educators.
