JOB DESCRIPTION:

JTIT, is a Manged Services IT company located Loganholme. We are currently seeking a permanent full-time ICT Support and Test Engineers to join our team at our Loganholme location, offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and perform quality audit inspections, analyzing systems, data, and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.

Identify deviations and potential high-risk areas to maintain strict adherence to procedures and quality benchmarks.

Recommend corrective action plans and process improvements to address non-compliance issues detected during audits and monitoring activities.

Communicate and collaborate with users and management to promote awareness and understanding of quality standards, procedures, and control measures.

Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing, testing, and resolving system-related issues and performance problems.

Design, deliver, and provide technical training and guidance on application software usage and operational procedures.

Analyze, evaluate, and diagnose technical issues related to installation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and configuration of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems.

Conduct functional testing and diagnose system or code errors within established testing frameworks to ensure optimal system performance.

Perform reviews and assessments of organizational system architecture, recommending strategies for current and future hardware and software enhancements.

Develop, update, and review technical documentation, including user manuals, operational guides, technical reports, specifications, and maintenance records.

Minimum of 1 year relevant qualification is required,

Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,

Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at the workplace.

Ability to commute/relocate: location: Loganholme. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
