Domaine Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team in Norwest, NSW.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys documentation, coordination, and ensuring every customer's contract journey is handled with precision and care.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and administer building contracts and related documentation
- Liaise with clients to ensure contracts are understood and executed correctly
- Coordinate workflow between sales, drafting, estimating, and construction teams
- Track project milestones and manage contract variations or amendments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the pre-construction process to enable a smooth handover to site
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in contract administration, pre-construction, or workflow coordination (volume building experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Framework experience ideal)
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
