�� Call Centre Customer Service Representative  - 3 Contracts 

Location: Brisbane - North

Type: Contract - 3 Months +

Hourly rate: $35.80 per hour plus super

What you'll do:

Answer and direct incoming phone callsResolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutionsRebook missed services efficiently and accuratelyMonitor and respond to shared mailbox communicationsBook and update scheduled servicesManage service disputes and provide clear resolutionsEnsure customer records are up to date with new informationWhat you'll need:

Essential:

  • Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

Previous call centre experienceKnowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systemsAbout you:
