You'll assist with sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships, ensuring that materials and services are acquired efficiently, on time, and at the best possible cost.

  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of all purchase orders, locally and internationally
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotes and follow up on orders
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and databases
  • Help track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams on supply needs
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Help identify potential cost savings or process improvements

Qualifications

· Certificate in Business Administration / Procurement / Finance

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, with a can do and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and self-driven organizational skills
  • End to end procurement knowledge with a demonstrated ability and history
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Supply chain tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • MYOB Knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
