Our production facility is based in Silverwater from where we continually lead the large format print market in innovation and quality. The Cactus team is passionate and driven about bringing client campaigns to life.

**The role**:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to help for a 2 month period for annual leave cover. Based in Silverwater, you’ll provide financial, administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, completing payments processes and other ad hoc accounting functions including:

- Process monthly invoices.
- Provide statement reconciliation.
- Assist with vendor and commercial partner enquiries.
- Other tasks as required.

**The Experience**:
To set you up for success, 2 years AP/AR experience is essential along with managing expenses and reconciliations. You will also:

- Be tech savvy with intermediate Excel skills including knowledge of using VLookup & Pivot tables
- Be meticulous with an eye for detail, and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively.
- You are a strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
