Additional information:
- - This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
- Applications close Thursday 18th September 2025
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

As a Food Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- - Lead and implement the food strategy and calendar, working with key stakeholders.
- Ensure top-notch customer service for a great food experience.
- Maintain high standards in food operations and customer satisfaction.
- Build a skilled and competent food team.
- Improve the food business by acting on customer feedback.
- Help create and execute the business plan, aligning food with store events.
- Manage the Swedish Food Market and restaurant.
- Working with insights and sales data to drive changes and improvement to shopfloor and operations
Who you are
As a Food Commercial Manager you have:
- - Have a passion for food and aim for commercial success with a strategic approach.
- Understand business well and can influence and negotiate to make the food section profitable.
- Communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.
- Experience and understanding of operation in fast paced food business.
- Manage your time efficiently to complete projects and tasks on schedule.
- Have experience with budgets and P&L analysis, understanding gross margin and sales.
- Are a strong leader who can implement processes and focus on team growth.
