- This role is Permanent, Full time, 76hrs/fortnight.
- The internal title for this role is Market Sales & Customer Experience Manager.
- In this role, you will be required to work a mixture of day and evening shifts including working a rotating weekend roster.

By analysing customer insights, you will guide your team to continuously improve their approach and seize new opportunities. Your leadership is hands-on and motivating, setting the stage for success by creating a collaborative environment where performance excellence thrives.With your extensive retail experience, you understand the ins and outs of a sales-driven environment and know how to inspire your team to hit and exceed targets. You lead by example, driving initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and business growth. Your deep knowledge of market trends and customer needs ensures that the business stays responsive and agile.You are a partner to commercial stakeholders, collaborating closely to steer business direction and ensure seamless execution. - Lead the customer & selling assignment and unit strategy and be accountable for its performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service leaders and co-workers, ranging in experience and skill levels. Foster an environment that prioritises customer satisfaction while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Ensure the team has the tools, knowledge, and motivation to achieve set goals.
- Work hands-on and be fully engaged on the shopfloor, providing direct support to co-workers and customers when needed. Ensure smooth daily operations by leading through people and offering real-time guidance.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to translate broader business action plans to operational goals. Set clear, measurable objectives for the team, track progress, and identify performance gaps.
- Oversee resource allocation, including people planning and budgeting, to ensure operational efficiency. Work with the leadership team to manage budgets effectively, ensuring that the resources are optimally distributed.
- Secure that local market, customer, consumer and competitor insights are used to identify local market potential and continuously improve sales performance and omnichannel customer experience.
