We are looking for a highly competent leader, result driven person to help us to secure our future success. Position calls for a person who is comfortable leading a team of commercial co-workers and possess ability to make the business grow also in the future. To be successful in this role you are able to combine your IKEA product and service range with local customer needs and dreams. Passion for digital development and omnichannel retailing will help you to succeed in this position.

What you will possess:

- A proven record of strong leadership and well considered decision making, you excel in a fast-paced retail environment
- You are capable of motivating and leading your team by setting expectations and leading by example
- You are business-minded, and result driven with a strong customer focus
- You are excellent at prioritising and organising work using commercial priorities in order to make the most efficient use of time
- You are also available to work across the store opening hours, including some late nights and every other weekend.

This opportunity is Permanent, Full-Time 76 hours/fortnight.

**Your responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Leading the business and people with a strong customer focus
- Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply, and performance analysis
- Knowing your range and presenting the width and depth commercially to satisfy and inspire visitors
- Creating an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team and other colleagues while providing an inspiring and motivating direction
- Developing, leading, and delivering a long-term plan for sustainable growth, visitation, and profitability
