HR Systems and Establishment Specialist – 12-month FTC

Location: Eight Mile Plains, QLD

We're seeking an experienced HR Systems and Establishment Specialist to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll maintain the integrity of our position management and establishment data within the HRIS, ensuring accurate workforce structures and supporting organisational design initiatives. You'll partner with key stakeholders to enable effective headcount management, systems integrations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain approved establishment data within HRIS.
• Collaborate with Payroll and People & Culture teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and internal movement activities.
• Provide guidance and training to users on position management processes and system functionality.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations of position and headcount data to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on process and system enhancements and troubleshooting issues.
• Generate reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.

About You

• 3–5 years' experience in HR systems administration, ideally with position management and establishment modules.
• Strong understanding of organisational structures, workforce planning, and headcount control.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Chris21, Oracle HCM).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
