**About the role**

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

This role is Full Time working 75 hours per fortnight.

- The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly in busy environments
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

**_ Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided._**
