We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Director to lead the Interfit business across Australia. In this strategic role, you'll define and execute the national business strategy, drive commercial growth, and strengthen our market presence through customer excellence, operational leadership, and team development.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Interfit sales and service organization to achieve annual growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee full commercial P&L, sales forecasting, pricing/mix strategy, and budget performance.
- Develop and coach State and Branch Managers, fostering a high-performance culture across the network.
- Drive new business development while maintaining and expanding existing key customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and S&OP teams to optimize sales execution, market alignment, and inventory efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and HSE compliance across all operational areas.
What We're Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in sales leadership and strategic marketing, ideally within the tyre or mobility industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational knowledge (warehouse, stock, service, HSE, KPIs).
- Skilled in digital solutions, IT platforms, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Proven strategic thinker with excellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently (up to 60%+).
