This wonderful opportunity to join our well-established and respected team is open to Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers.
You will join a team of Mental Health Clinicians who are dedicated to filling a crucial role that allows them to connect with clients who are struggling with mental health concerns. As a collective and individually, our team is passionate about providing evidence-based, therapeutic supports that assist clients to uncover their potential and embark on a personalised journey of discovery, learning and growth.
Our Mental Health Clinicians nominate their caseload preferences from our solid, stable and diverse referral base. Referrals vary according to age, ranging from children, adolescents through to adults, differing population groups, and extensive range of presenting concerns.
We are dedicated to ensuring our team members enjoy and maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to choose the days and hours that you work and there is opportunity to work out of our off-site locations, as well potential to work from home.
This casual position requires a minimum availability of 20-30 hours per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
· Undertaking client-centered assessment, goal setting, planning, and implementation of psychological and therapeutic supports and interventions that are based on the client's needs and ensure continuity of care for the client
· Maintaining up to date, accurate and comprehensive client records, reporting (letters etc), data collection
· Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to assist with providing client-centered supports that are grounded in evidence-based practice
· Offering services through a variety of modalities, including face-to-face and via telehealth
· Continuing participation in your personal and professional growth and development
· Leading and advocating for your discipline within the A T PsychHealth team and as an independent representative of your professional organisation
· Actively promoting and contributing to our policies, procedures and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
· Full registration with AHPRA (Psychologists) or AASW (Social Workers)
· Mental Health Accreditation (Mental Health Social Workers only)
· Capacity to obtain a Medicare provider number
· Current professional indemnity insurance
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
· Well-developed communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
· Understanding of clinical governance guidelines and the professional obligations associated with providing necessary supports to our clients.
· Long-term commitment to working within the practice, and supporting its growth
· High level of professional ethics
· Dedication to fostering the A T PsychHealth vision, mission and values
· Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in mental health settings
Highly Regarded:
· Experience and / or desire to work with children and adolescents

A T PsychHealth is a busy and respected multi-disciplinary private practice in Caboolture, with a history of providing supports to the local community since 2007. We are located within easy access to Brisbane, Bribie Island and the Sunshine Coast in an area offering seaside towns, hinterland villages, world-class entertainment venues and shopping outlets.
The main office of A T PsychHealth is positioned in a thriving business precinct in one of the fastest growing areas in the southeast corner of Queensland, the city of Moreton Bay. Our best asset is our harmonious work environment, and a cohesive, highly competent team. We currently have a multi-disciplinary clinical team comprising psychologists, mental health social workers, social workers and counsellors, as well as practice manager and administrative staff.
Some of our many providers in our strong referral base include GP's (Mental Health Treatment Plans), Brisbane North PHN, NDIS, employee assistance programs (EAPs), private health funds, DVA, Workcover and insurance companies.
Our clinic is a fully private billing service and does not offer bulk billing, ensuring that the remuneration for our clinicians is typically higher than that of bulk billing clinics.
As well as our main office located in Caboolture, we also have rooms at Bribie Island and Ningi. Our main office comprises multiple well-appointed clinic rooms, leading office technology backed by professional IT support, dedicated staff space, and ample off-road on-site parking.
In your role as a valued team member, you will be assisted by our administrative and management team who will:
· support you to build a caseload suited to your client preferences
· ensure a consistent flow of new clients
· manage your diary and waiting list to maximise client uptake / minimise DNA's/FTA's
· facilitate regular clinical supervision (individual and group/peer)
Our practice uses cloud-based platforms for all operations, including our practice management software, Halaxy. Our team is committed to ensuring cyber security is a priority, particularly the need for confidentiality, integrity and accessibility.
