Metro South Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Professional Leader - Social Work to join the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) team. This permanent full-time HP5 role provides advanced clinical leadership, professional governance, and strategic direction to social workers across the Bayside Addiction and Mental Health Service (AMHS) and Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS).
Your New Role
As the Professional Leader, you will oversee social work governance and service quality across MSAMHS, providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to ensure excellence in psychosocial and recovery-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing advanced clinical consultancy and professional supervision to social work staff across multiple sites.
• Fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, consumer-centred care.
