Your New Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Psychologist to join the Chronic Disease Logan team, providing evidence-based psychological services to support consumers living with chronic illness.

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred psychological assessment, intervention, and evaluation as part of an interprofessional team.
• Provide clinical advice, supervision, and training to less experienced clinicians, students, and support staff.
• Contribute to service improvement, research, and the development of evidence-based practices within the Chronic Disease service.
• Collaborate with patients, carers, and other health professionals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing outcomes.

You are an experienced psychologist with a passion for improving outcomes for people living with chronic disease, and you thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

• High-level clinical skills and judgement in providing psychological care in complex community health settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage consumers, carers, and colleagues.
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, and supporting less experienced staff and students.
• A proactive approach to quality improvement, innovation, and evidence-based service development.
