Bearing Wholesalers is a segment of Bapcor and is a Bearing and Driveline specialist reseller, supplying driveline components to the automotive, industrial, and agricultural industries. Bearing Wholesalers has access to one of Australia`s largest ranges of Driveline products and a variety of associated products including Bearings, Hubs, CV Shafts, Tools and workshop consumable products.

About the role:

Are you fit and active and want a job where you are on the move all day? We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Eastern Creek branch located in New South Wales. We are looking for applicants who have demonstrated experience in sales, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, are well presented. You will directly report to the Branch Manager as well as work closely with our customers, suppliers, and other Team members.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a tight-knit, experienced team.

This position is permanent full-time, and an immediate start is available for the right person.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service representative looking for a Company that offers career advancement and a supportive team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Selling Bearings & Driveline products to Wholesale Reseller customers

  • Customer service with a strong emphasis on keeping existing and attracting new clients

  • Maintaining purchase orders

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

  • Participate in stock take as required

  • Be compliant with workplace policies, procedures and work place health and safety

  • Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and well organised.

Skills and experience required:

  • Well presented

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Work well in a busy Team environment

  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

  • Excellent communication skills, initiative and attention to detail and solid computer skills

  • Experience in Bearings, Driveline & industrial spares parts and a willingness to learn

  • Positive and upbeat attitude

  • Be fit and Active

  • Understanding and adherence of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
