NRN is on a mission to revolutionise how Australians use energy. With a $67m Series A just closed and partnerships with Alinta Energy and 35+ Solar Retail Partners, we're scaling fast and we need a Corporate & Commercial Legal Lead to join our journey.


Why this role matters

You'll be the go-to legal voice in a high-growth clean energy scale-up. From negotiating major contracts to guiding compliance in a changing regulatory landscape, your advice will directly shape how we grow.


What you'll do

Own and lead high-stakes commercial contracts.

Advise on compliance in energy, consumer, and workplace law.

Manage disputes and external counsel with a solutions-first mindset.

Support corporate governance, capital raising, and board matters.


What you'll bring

5–8 years PQE, ideally a mix of private practice + in-house.

Strong experience in contract negotiation and compliance in regulated sectors.

Ability to work independently and partner closely with executives.

Energy sector knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
