We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join our crew on the Mornington Peninsula. If you want to build creative, high-quality gardens without commuting to the city - this could be for you.

About us:

At Formed Landscapes, we build outdoor spaces that are anything but ordinary. We're a registered builder working on design-led residential projects from Mount Eliza to Portsea. We're known for our quality, communication, and doing things properly – and we've got a crew that genuinely enjoys what we do.

The position:
Experienced Landscaper – Creative projects, great team, local work

You'll be part of a skilled, supportive team building high-end landscapes from the ground up. The projects are varied, technical and rewarding – and the standard of finish really matters.

What you'll be doing:
  • Build full landscape projects from setout to finishing
  • Work with natural stone, timber, paving, concrete, retaining walls, planting and more
  • Keep things tidy, efficient and on track on site
  • Pay attention to detail and take pride in what you build
  • Be part of a team that supports each other and does the job right
What we're looking for:
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction (or solid hands-on experience)
  • 3+ years on the tools post-apprenticeship
  • Great eye for detail and a solid work ethic
  • Reliable, motivated and a good communicator
  • White card and driver's licence
  • Own transport to get to sites from Mount Eliza to Portsea
  • Bonus if you have machinery tickets (excavator, bobcat, truck)
