The position:
Landscaping Apprentice - First or Second Year

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes of landscape construction from an experienced, close-knit crew. You'll get stuck into real work from day one, learning how to build creative, high-end outdoor spaces that are built to last.

Whether you're just starting out or already partway through your apprenticeship, this role is all about getting real experience, developing practical skills and growing your confidence on site.

What you'll be doing:
  • Help build everything from decks and paving to retaining walls, concrete works and planting
  • Work hard, show up on time and bring a great attitude every day
  • Learn from experienced landscapers and get better with each job
  • Follow safety guidelines and keep things neat, tidy and professional
  • Be part of a positive site culture where teamwork matters
What we're looking for:
  • First or second year apprentice looking to transfer for a better fit, or someone ready to kick off their landscaping apprenticeship
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Clear communicator who listens and takes feedback on board
  • White card and driver's licence preferred
  • Own reliable transport to get to sites (Mount Eliza to Portsea)
