The Role
Klint Neuro is seeking experienced Neurological Physiotherapists (2+ years experience) to join our dedicated teams at Mt Eliza to provide maternity leave coverage for 2–3 days per week commencing in January 2026.
While this role is specifically for Mt Eliza, we will also consider full-time applicants for those willing to work at both Mt Eliza and Narre Warren sites.
This role offers the potential for ongoing employment beyond the maternity leave period and is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, well-resourced, and collaborative neurological rehabilitation team.

- Our team is led by our Managing Director Keegan Bow, APA Titled Neurological Physiotherapist and Member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists who is passionate about making a difference and who is dedicated to the highest level of neurological physiotherapy and innovation. He has been invited to participate and develop neurological physiotherapy curriculum at a post-graduate level and has delivered many webinars, practicals and courses over a 17 year career. Keegan has completed one year of the Neurology Specialisation Program of the Australian College of Physiotherapists, and is a previous instructor candidate in the Bobath Concept. He helps staff grow in their clinical and teaching skills, management and leadership. He is also a sessional staff member at Victoria University and Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT in their Masters program and also supports Klint Kids our paediatric service.
What you need
- Current or upcoming eligibility for physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Valid driver's licence and access to roadworthy vehicle
- Experience in neurological/disability/NDIS services or rehabilitation (desirable)
- Experience in complex or niche health service delivery, equipment prescription (desirable)
