If you enjoy customer service, hands-on problem solving and are interested in learning about pools and spas, this is the role for you

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Completing in-store pool and spa water testing.
  • Assisting customers with pool care advice and product selection (chemicals, equipment, pool robots etc.).
  • Providing great customer service at the counter and over the phone.
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, well-presented retail space.
  • Opening and closing of store including counting tills.
What you'll need:
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliability and willingness to learn.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus – but full training will be provided.
  • An interest in pools, spas or outdoor living will be highly regarded.
