We're excited to announce that Swimart Green Point currently has a position available for an immediate start in our Customer Service and Retail team.

This role is ideally suited for a Full-Time candidate, however we are open to discussing Part-Time and Casual arrangements based on availability and fit.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with their enquiries both in-store and over the phone.
  • Performing water tests on pool and spa samples, and providing customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool.
  • Sales and advice on new equipment and upgrades.
  • Assisting the service department with scheduling and enquiries
  • Assisting with admin tasks
  • Monitoring email accounts
  • Stock Control
  • Assisting customers to their car with heavy items.
  • First Point of Contact for our customers.

What You Bring

  • Experience in the pool industry is not essential as we are willing to train the right people, however previous experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Phone Manner, Communication Skills, and the ability to compose emails with appropriate grammar.
  • Must be Positive, Punctual, Polite, and Professional.
  • Must be able to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously.
  • Must be proficient & accurate with admin tasks.
  • Must have a friendly persona and a willingness to help our Customers.
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to lift 20Kg
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of Customer Service.
