We currently have a hybrid position available which will be a combination of Retail Sales and Customer Service, and also supporting the Service Techs with maintaining our Customer's Pools. Ideally Full Time, however we can discuss the option of Part Time, and Casual if preferred. We are also on the lookout for experienced Pool Service Technicians.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Retail Duties**
- Assisting customers with their enquiries both in-store and over the phone.
- Performing water tests on pool and spa samples, and providing customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool.
- Sales and advice on new equipment and upgrades.
- Assisting the service department with scheduling and enquiries
- Stock Control
- Assisting customers to their car with heavy items.
- First Point of Contact for our customers.

**Service Support Duties**
- Assisting our Technicians in transforming backyard pools into pristine retreats.
- Your responsibilities will include assisting and learning the following:

- Installing and servicing high-quality pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automated cleaning systems
- Performing comprehensive pool maintenance and water quality checks
- Expertly diagnosing and fixing equipment issues
- Offering professional advice on pool equipment upgrades and maintenance
- Ensuring optimal water chemistry through testing and treatment

**What You Bring**
- Experience in the pool industry is not essential as we are willing to train the right people, however previous experience would be an advantage.
- Must be Positive, Punctual, Polite, and Professional.
- Must be able to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously.
- Must be proficient & accurate with admin tasks.
- Must have a friendly persona and a willingness to help our Customers.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Ability to lift 20Kg
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of Customer Service.

Pay: $23.23 - $38.58 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
