**Do you have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience? We're looking for a self motivated, professional and enthusiastic person to join our team in the Customer Service Centre at Kangaroo Point.**

**Your Role**

As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responding to service enquiries and requests, to allow customers and referrers to deliver the most suitable care solutions for their needs.

Your tasks will include:

- Receive, assess and respond to enquiries in a multi channel Customer Service Centre environment
- Providing a highly efficient and consistent standard of service throughout the customer journey
- Utilise systems to create and update customer records ensuring accuracy and high quality data capture
- Work collaboratively with all members of the Customer Service Centre and the wider Ozcare community to ensure operational goals are achieved

We're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our Customer's lives.

You have:

- An ability to be responsive and sensitive to Ozcare customers.
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- High level computer literacy and an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- The flexibility to work a varied roster including Saturday morning shifts and Public Holidays

**Role Requirements**
- Relevant Certificate IV or relevant experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated sound written and oral communication
