About the Role:

We are looking for a Strata Administration Assistant to join our vibrant and lively team at NXG Services This is a great role to begin your journey in the strata sector, and work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the business through a variety of administrative tasks and duties. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will execute excellent processes and provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experience in an administrative role

  • Drive to continually learn new things, grow and adapt to new processes and environments

  • Maintains a highly professional presentation

  • Ability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively and efficiently

  • Capable of working autonomously and following processes productively to achieve desired outcomes

  • Ability to work on-site at our CBD office
