About the Role:
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional:
support of IT Projects
support of IT relationship management e.g. coordinating with the external managed IT services provider (MSP) and
efficacy of IT policy
Your duties include:
Support of the following to ensure a high level of performance, security & integrity:
(support = monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting)
Software: Liaison with external MSP to support;
Active directory for domain services
SharePoint, Office 365, ELMO and Basecamp
Register of IT assets & credentials
Desktop user lists
Up-to-date user access across all internal systems
Ensure licenses are maintained and hardware upgrades are planned.
Hardware
IT devices – computers, tablets, mobiles, photocopiers
1st level phone system support
Network resources
- Primary liaison for MSP to monitor and evaluate system and network performance
External IT & communication service providers
New & Exiting Employees
Document Strategy
Security & other management
IT projects as required

What you will need to be successful:
Office 365 and SharePoint proficiency
Experience in network management, IT systems, software applications and hardware.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Degree or equivalent in Information Technology
Strata management license is desirable
Permanent residency in Australia.
