About the Role:

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional:

  • support of IT Projects

  • support of IT relationship management e.g. coordinating with the external managed IT services provider (MSP) and

  • efficacy of IT policy

Your duties include:

Support of the following to ensure a high level of performance, security & integrity:

(support = monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting)

Software: Liaison with external MSP to support;

  • Active directory for domain services

  • SharePoint, Office 365, ELMO and Basecamp

  • Register of IT assets & credentials

  • Desktop user lists

  • Up-to-date user access across all internal systems

  • Ensure licenses are maintained and hardware upgrades are planned.

Hardware

  • IT devices – computers, tablets, mobiles, photocopiers

  • 1st level phone system support

Network resources

  • Primary liaison for MSP to monitor and evaluate system and network performance

External IT & communication service providers

New & Exiting Employees

Document Strategy

Security & other management

IT projects as required

What you will need to be successful:

  • Office 365 and SharePoint proficiency

  • Experience in network management, IT systems, software applications and hardware.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Degree or equivalent in Information Technology

  • Strata management license is desirable

  • Permanent residency in Australia.
