About the role:

We are currently looking for a new team member with experience as a

gardener/horticulturist to join our team.

If you see yourself as a leader that is known to communicate clearly, is reliable, punctual, well-presented with a "get things done" attitude then you should apply.

This role is full time (38 hrs. a week) with the day starting out of our

Chatswood hub at 6.45am. We work on a weekly roster maintaining properties

within ~ 10 kms - 15 kms of our office.

Key responsibilities will include:

The ability to comfortably and competently Hedge, Mow, Whipper Snip, and

provide General Garden Maintenance. In addition, you will be required to assist in planting, mulching, pest control, chemical applications, fertilising, and

irrigation installations.

Relationship building and communication is required each day.

Key requirements will include:

· Experience in garden maintenance/management or prior landscaping

knowledge. 

· A current driver's license

· Horticulture Cert 2 or 3 is preferred but not essential

· The ability to work independently, fit in to a small team and positively

contribute each day.

· A customer centric mindset

· Superior communication skills

· Excellent time management skills

· A high attention to detail

· A willingness to learn, with a positive friendly outlook.
